Our client is a Dutch telecom provider working to become the most customer driven telco in the Netherlands. Within their Enterprise (B2B) domain, they’re hiring a Manager of Delivery to help translate business ambition into sustainable, people centred execution.

This role focuses on making sure complex change lands well, balancing delivery, people, and long term outcomes in high pressure environments.

Your day to day: Delivery leadership, alignment, and sustainable change

• Lead delivery across complex Enterprise and B2B initiatives

• Translate strategy into clear, realistic delivery priorities

• Align stakeholders, scope, risks, and resources across IT and business

• Oversee governance, financial control, and delivery outcomes

• Act early when risks emerge and adjust direction with clarity

• Mentor delivery and transformation professionals

• Build a culture of trust, learning, and sustainable performance

What you bring (and what you’ll grow into)

• Experience in delivery, transformation, or change leadership in an Enterprise or B2B IT context

• Strong stakeholder management and decision making under pressure

• Experience with governance, financial oversight, and outcome tracking

• A coaching, people first leadership style
