Our client is a Dutch telecom provider focused on building a more human, optimistic, and inclusive digital experience. They’re hiring a Manager CRM Platforms to lead one of the most business critical technology domains in the organisation.
This role sits at the heart of the customer journey. Every interaction, service moment, and commercial flow depends on the stability and evolution of the CRM landscape. You’ll lead both delivery and operations, making sure platforms are reliable today and ready for what’s next.
You’ll combine people focused leadership with technical understanding, enabling teams to perform under pressure while continuously improving how the platform supports the business.
Your Day to Day: Platform Leadership, Stability, and Change
Lead the development, stability, and evolution of CRM platforms used across the organisation.
Own both delivery and operations, balancing reliability, scalability, security, and time to market.
Shape and execute the CRM platform strategy together with senior business stakeholders and IT leadership.
Drive architectural simplicity and engineering excellence while keeping sustainability and people front of mind.
Work closely with engineers, architects, product leaders, and external vendors to align priorities and outcomes.
Create clarity in complex environments and help teams navigate competing demands.
Protect team focus when needed and make thoughtful trade offs between speed and quality.
Build trust through calm, consistent leadership and clear communication.
What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)
Experience leading IT delivery, platform management, or engineering driven environments.
A background in IT, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience gained through practice.
Proven experience leading professional teams, including coaching, performance management, and development.
A strong understanding of application lifecycle management, platform operations, and vendor governance.
The ability to balance delivery speed with quality, security, and compliance.
Experience working in complex, matrix driven organisations with senior stakeholders.
Clear communication skills, able to translate technical topics into actionable business insights.
A leadership style that is people centered, steady under pressure, and focused on trust and clarity.
Experience with CRM platforms, telecom, or other customer critical industries is a plus, but not required. If your experience comes from a different environment and feels transferable, we’d still like to hear from you.

Please note: This role is open to candidates who are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with at least three days per week based at the Den Haag office.
