We’re partnering with a leading telco provider to hire an IT Delivery Program Office Lead in the Netherlands. This role focuses on bringing structure, insight, and predictability across IT delivery in a complex, fast moving environment.

You’ll work across teams to improve planning, reporting, and execution, helping people stay aligned, supported, and focused while delivery continues to move forward.

Your Day to Day: Delivery, Insight, and Alignment

• Create transparency across IT delivery through planning, reporting, and clear insights.

• Support quarterly planning and prioritisation across multiple teams.

• Translate delivery data into clear views on progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Work closely with delivery leaders and stakeholders to support predictable execution.

• Improve delivery ways of working without adding unnecessary overhead.

• Act as a connector across teams, tools, and governance forums.

What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)

• Experience in IT delivery, PMO, program, or portfolio environments.

• Strong skills in planning, reporting, and dependency management, ideally using Jira.

• Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insight.

• Comfort working across teams and influencing without formal authority.
