IT Operations & Service Performance Manager

We’re supporting a fast-moving telecom company that keeps millions connected. In this high-impact operational role, you’ll ensure business-critical systems run smoothly, 24/7 — from mobile and fiber infrastructure to the digital platforms behind them.
This is an individual contributor position (not a team lead role), ideal for someone who thrives on real-time service ownership, vendor coordination, and translating technical data into business impact.
Your Day-to-Day: 24/7 Operations, Resilience & Insights
- Monitor IT & network performance across OSS/BSS, RAN, Core, and Transport
- Own KPIs like MTTR, SLA, incident volume, and service uptime
- Coordinate major incidents and lead root cause analysis
- Collab with stakeholders (tech, commercial, CX)
- Translate service metrics into insights that inform business decisions
- Contribute to automation, predictive monitoring, and long-term service improvements
What You Bring (and What What You'll Grow Into)
- 8+ years in telecom IT operations or service assurance
- Accountability for real-time service metrics (SLA, NPS, MTTR)
- Experience with OSS/BSS platforms and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or Netcool
- ITIL knowledge (certified or hands-on)
- Confidence communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English (Dutch not required)
