Manager IT SRE Operations

Your Day-to-Day: Strategy, Innovation & Mentorship
- Own the operations and uptime of mobile and broadband platforms (CRM, billing, OSS/BSS, digital portals)
- Lead cross-functional teams including SREs, developers, architects, and product owners
- Define the application roadmap and align it with evolving telecom and business needs
- Implement SRE best practices (SLIs/SLOs), automation, and proactive monitoring strategies
- Integrate AI/ML and GenAI tools to enhance performance, ticketing, and anomaly detection
- Oversee vendor performance and infrastructure partnerships (cloud, SOC, AI services)
- Drive operational KPIs including uptime, service response, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate across business units—network, customer care, finance—to solve with purpose
- Manage compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001), audit readiness, and NPS uplift initiatives
What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)
- 12–15+ years in IT operations or SRE leadership, with at least 9 in telecom environments
- Deep technical experience with OSS/BSS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and automation
- Strong grasp of SRE principles, including monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, ITSM frameworks, and DevOps/CI-CD practices
- Leadership experience managing 5–10 IT Application Managers across delivery and talent
- You’re curious, decisive, and collaborative—with a coaching style grounded in clarity and care
- Certifications in ITIL, SRE, Agile, or cloud platforms are a plus
