Your Day-to-Day: Strategy, Innovation & Mentorship
- Lead the performance and availability of mission-critical platforms (OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, digital)
- Inspire and manage a team of E2E Service Assurance Managers
- Own service assurance across incident, change, problem, and release management (ITIL v3/v4)
- Champion automation, self-healing systems, and real-time service intelligence
- Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and structured root cause resolutions
- Improve KPIs across activation, uptime, NPS, and service stability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Ops, Customer Service, and the COO’s office to reduce friction and solve sustainably
What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)
- 12–15+ years in ITSM or telecom operations, with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience managing APIs, OSS/BSS platforms, and vendor partners
- ITIL Expert certification
- Strategic thinker who can align IT service reliability with business outcomes
- A leadership style grounded in people-first thinking, clarity, and collaboration
- Familiarity with tools like Apigee, Kong, or AWS API Gateway is a bonus
