We’re partnering with a globally recognised brand on a senior leadership opportunity to drive merchandise planning and assortment strategy across EMEA.
As Head of Merchandise Planning – EMEA, you’ll lead a team across Full Price, Off Price, and Allocation Planning, managing financial targets, seasonal strategies, and trading performance across retail and digital channels.

Your role in the bigger picture
Lead and develop a planning team of 20+ across Full Price, Off Price, and Allocation functions.
Own financial planning and assortment strategies across multi-channel (Retail and Digital) platforms.
Manage annual Open-to-Buy budgets and drive strong seasonal range planning.
Build assortment strategies that are as consumer-focused as they are commercially sharp.
Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations leadership.
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within your teams.
Translate insights and market trends into strategic, actionable plans.
Drive in-season trading performance and respond quickly to shifts in consumer demand.
What sets you up for success
8+ years of experience in merchandise planning, DTC, wholesale, or retail environments.
4+ years leading and developing planning teams.
Strong commercial acumen—you balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.
A data-driven approach, with high competency in Excel and financial forecasting.
Experience working in multi-channel (retail and e-commerce) environments.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders across all levels.
Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and empowering others to succeed.
A proactive mindset—you’re comfortable navigating change and taking ownership.
