We’re partnering with a leading European management and technology consultancy to find a Marketing Specialist—someone hands-on, growth-oriented, and ready to help shape how their story is told in the Netherlands.

This is a role for a doer who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and loves collaborating with others to bring meaningful campaigns to life.

Your role in the bigger picture

In this role, you’ll support and execute marketing activities that connect with clients, elevate brand presence, and create real impact.

• Organise memorable events, roundtables, and webinars
• Create content for social media, newsletters, and internal channels
• Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, email, socials) and track performance
• Keep CRM systems clean and up-to-date for campaigns and reporting
• Collaborate with media, agencies, and content creators to bring ideas to life
• Jump in wherever needed—because marketing is a team sport

What sets you up for success

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or consulting
• Confidence using tools like Google Ads, CRM platforms, and email marketing software
• Strong written and spoken communication in both Dutch and English
• Organised, proactive, and curious—eager to learn and grow
• A collaborative mindset and creative approach to solving problems
