Our client is a leading global consultancy supporting organisations through complex digital transformation and security challenges. As a Senior Consultant in their Digital Risk & Resilience team, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, risk, and regulation — delivering impact across sectors like energy, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
This role combines advisory work with technical depth, giving you the opportunity to specialise in areas such as OT/ICS security, IAM, cloud risk, or business continuity.
Your role - How will you make a lasting impact?
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support the design and implementation of digital risk and resilience strategies
- Conduct assessments across IT, OT, and cloud environments to identify and mitigate key risks
- Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks
- Provide guidance on internal controls, governance, and compliance
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with client stakeholders
- Apply frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, COSO, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal consultants, engineers, and client teams to co-create secure, scalable solutions
You'll also have the opportunity to specialise over time in one or more of the following domains:
- IAM (Identity & Access Management)
- OT/ICS Security (Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems)
- Cybersecurity and cloud risk
- Business continuity and data governance
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Business IT, Informatics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: digital risk and resilience, IAM design or governance, OT/ICS or operational security OR Internal audit, IT controls, or risk management
- Strong communication skills with experience managing internal or external stakeholders
- A client-facing, proactive attitude – consulting background is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with security and risk frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, COSO)
- Fluent in Dutch and English required
