What success looks like

• Identifying and solving complex digital risk challenges across a range of industries
• Supporting the design and implementation of risk management frameworks and controls
• Leading process walkthroughs and mapping out key IT and business processes
• Helping clients align with legal and regulatory expectations
• Specialising in one or more of the following: Process & Control, Digital Risk, or Resilience

What helps you thrive in this role

• 3+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Internal Control, or Cloud
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business IT, or a related field
• Experience with risk frameworks such as COSO, ISO27001, or NIST
• Clear communication skills—especially when it comes to translating complexity into action
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
