Are you a strategic CRM leader ready to drive innovation and create meaningful customer experiences?
We’re supporting an Amsterdam-based consultancy that blends business insight with cutting-edge technology in their search for a Senior Manager CRM & Customer Service Technology. In this role, you’ll lead large-scale transformation projects, collaborate with C-level stakeholders, and shape future-ready CRM solutions across marketing, sales, and service—impacting industries like financial services, utilities, and retail.
In addition, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to C-level executives
- Recommend thoughtful simplification and harmonization of CRM solutions
- Lead end-to-end program management for large, complex technology implementations
- Navigate stakeholder relationships, change management, and escalations with confidence
- Support sales efforts for high-value tech projects, using your network to open doors and shape opportunity funnels
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Freshworks
- A deep understanding of the technology vendor landscape within marketing, sales, and service
- In-depth understanding of key marketing, sales, and service processes and technology stacks in relevant sectors
- Experience in managing large teams and complex technology implementations
- Commercial experience in selling large tech projects
