How You’ll Lead and Innovate

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data architectures and pipelines using Azure services.
• Develop ETL processes to ingest, clean, and transform data across various layers in Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Implement and optimise solutions in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
• Utilize Python and Spark to develop scalable and high-performance data processing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data strategies.
• Monitor and enhance system performance and cost efficiency while ensuring security and compliance.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud technologies, continuously developing new skills through an unlimited training programme.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with Azure-based solutions.
• Expertise in Python, Spark, and Databricks.
• Strong experience in ETL, data pipelines, and cloud-based architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory is a plus.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly to ensure project success.
• A proactive and flexible mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
