As Head of IT Operations, you’ll inspire a team committed to creating resilient, innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. With approximately 30 dedicated team members and collaboration with 15 partner roles, you’ll shape operational stability, drive resilience, and champion automation. Your leadership will support our client’s vision to redefine customer experience, setting a new standard in the Dutch telecom industry.

How You’ll Lead and Innovate

• Service Protection: Implement proactive measures that reduce incidents, enhance resilience, and foster a high-automation environment.
• Incident & Problem Management: Lead continuous improvements in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA), focusing on seamless, reliable service.
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Integrate SRE principles to enhance continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Quality & AI-Driven Operations: Create a forward-thinking, self-healing IT environment that anticipates and addresses issues in real time.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Drive 100% KPI coverage in monitoring to align operational insights with the organisation’s goals.
• Team Development: Build a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusion, aligning your team’s strengths with the company’s mission.
