How You’ll Lead and Innovate

• Execute analytics projects independently or as part of a team, using data to solve client challenges effectively.
• Design tailored analytics approaches to meet client needs, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
• Support and coach junior team members, contributing to skill development within the Data & Analytics team.
• Identify and address gaps in client data capabilities, helping them build a robust analytics foundation.

Your Unique Strengths

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in SQL, with familiarity in PowerBI, QlikSense, or Tableau.
  • Experience with Python or R (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
