This role requires a strategic business partner who advises on leading transformations in leadership, change management, and HR-related areas like organisational development, talent management, and DEI.

Your Unique Strengths

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 8+ years of experience in leadership, business transformation, change management, and HR.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams with visionary thinking.
• A strong network of professional contacts to strengthen the organization and identify new opportunities.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and leading teams with a focus on staff development.
• Expertise in translating client needs into actionable strategic solutions.

• Spearhead programs that deliver tangible value, from strategy design to transformation implementation.
• Build trusted partnerships with key client accounts, responding to their needs with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to ensure effective, long-term relationships.
• Train clients and colleagues to maximise their potential and effectiveness.
• Drive the development of People Excellence propositions, translating client needs into cutting-edge solutions.
• Continuously enhance services by staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
