Our client, an Amsterdam-based management and technology consultancy, is seeking a (Senior) HR Consultant to join their People Excellence team. This external, client-facing role combines strategic HR expertise with a consultancy mindset and sales acumen to deliver impactful solutions to diverse organisations.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with clients on leadership, organisational development, talent management, and DEI, while driving business growth through relationship management and achieving sales targets.

How You’ll Lead and Innovate

  • Design and implement transformation strategies, delivering measurable value for clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with external clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
  • Drive People Excellence initiatives by translating client challenges into innovative strategies.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering growth and achieving sales goals.

Your Unique Strengths

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership, change management, and HR consulting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Strong business development skills with a robust professional network.
  • Expertise in translating complex client needs into strategic, actionable solutions.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams with visionary thinking.
