How You’ll Lead and Innovate

As Senior Risk Manager, you will spearhead financial and non-financial risk initiatives across banking, asset management, and insurance sectors. Your leadership will shape a culture of innovation within the Financial Services team, driving excellence in risk management.

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• 10+ years of risk management experience and a strong understanding of the Dutch financial services landscape.
• A proven track record in managing risk-focused projects and a robust professional network.
• The ability to foster growth and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying needs and offering solutions before they arise.
• A passion for creating an inclusive team environment where everyone feels heard.
• Expertise in navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic oversight with detailed execution.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (flexible).
