How You’ll Lead and Innovate

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and manage risk initiatives—financial and non-financial—across banks, asset managers, and insurance companies. Your work will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client's Financial Services team while championing innovation and creating value for clients in the ever-evolving risk domain.

Your Unique Strengths

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• 10+ years of risk management experience and a strong understanding of the Dutch financial services landscape.
• A proven track record in managing risk-focused projects and a robust professional network.
• The ability to foster growth and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying needs and offering solutions before they arise.
• A passion for creating an inclusive team environment where everyone feels heard.
• Expertise in navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic oversight with detailed execution.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (flexible).
