Our client, an Amsterdam-based management and technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Manager Risk Consultant to drive financial and non-financial risk initiatives. In this external client-facing role, you’ll collaborate with banks, asset managers, and insurers to deliver innovative risk solutions. You’ll also play a key role in growing the consultancy’s Financial Services team through business development, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships.

How You’ll Lead and Innovate

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that deliver measurable results for external clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across financial institutions.
  • Identify client needs proactively, offering tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Lead the Financial Services team, fostering innovation, inclusivity, and team growth.
  • Drive business development efforts, meeting sales targets, and growing client accounts.

Your Unique Strengths

  • 10+ years of risk management experience with expertise in the Dutch financial services landscape.
  • Proven track record in managing risk-focused projects and achieving sales goals.
  • A strong network and ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (flexible).
