How You’ll Lead and Innovate
- Take full ownership of salary processing from start to finish for all employees, including expats.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on compensation, benefits, and Dutch labor laws, offering both proactive and reactive advice.
- Be the go-to person for employees regarding salary administration and benefits-related questions.
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc management reports that provide valuable insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and processes, making sure they stay relevant and effective.
Your Unique Strengths
- HBO-level education and thinking.
- A background in PDL and/or VPS certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on payroll processing and knowledge of collective labor agreements (CAO) and relevant laws.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (this one's required).
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
