As a Manager AI & Data - Financial Services, you’ll drive data transformation across the financial sector. How You’ll Lead and Innovate

• Develop and implement impactful data strategies that advance clients' objectives and align with future business needs.
• Drive technical excellence in AI and Data Platforms, managing projects that involve Data Science, Data Architecture, and innovative data technologies.Oversee data governance and quality assurance, setting and maintaining top standards across projects.
• Lead transformative data management projects, utilising advanced technologies like data lakes, warehouses, and scalable data platforms.
• Inspire and guide a team of data strategists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering them to create impactful insights.

Your Unique Strengths

• A master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, information management, or consultancy, with proven technical skills in AI and data management.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written required.
• A proven track record in tackling complex challenges and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.
