We’re supporting a leading professional services firm in hiring a Manager Data & AI – Financial Services to design and deliver innovative, AI-driven and data-led solutions for financial institutions.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll translate client vision into practical, high-impact data strategies. You’ll advise at C-suite level, guide multidisciplinary teams, and lead transformation projects that create measurable business and societal value.

You’ll also help shape a culture where technical expertise, commercial awareness, and people-first leadership are valued in equal measure.

Your Day-to-Day: Strategy, Delivery & Client Impact

• Lead the development and implementation of data and AI solutions that fit each client’s technical and organizational context.
• Advise clients on change strategies and ensure smooth adoption of AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate on (pre-)sales activities: identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, and building trusted relationships.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Keep ahead of emerging trends in data and AI, and translate them into meaningful client applications.
• Manage teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, while coaching and supporting colleagues to grow.

What You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, AI, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams delivering or advising on data/AI solutions in financial services—ideally 5+ years, but we’re open to strong leaders from adjacent sectors.
• Proven consultancy experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong commercial awareness, with confidence in building trusted client relationships and co-creating solutions that deliver real value.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on delivering meaningful results for both organizations and people.
